Inkjet prints and 4 channel video projection

Site-specific installation consisting of following three elements:

48 photographs from the everyday, shot in various locations across the world between 2005 and 2015, are displayed in a single line along onside of a gallery wall. Each photograph is seemingly a mundane scene from the street;

4 movies shot on iPod touch are projected side by side, also in a single line, on a wall which is adjacent to the wall with the photographs;

Photograph taken just after New Year at Meiji Shrine in Tokyo is cut up into 25 segments and displayed in a grid. One set, at the entrance of the gallery space, shows the cut up image in a 'correct' sequence. The other set is shown out of sequence opposite the wall where the 48 photographs are displayed and adjacent to the wall with projected movies.
